    I’ve been using this ring for over 10 years. It’s my favorite ring and I bring my TearDrop Ring everywhere I tie. Being able to get an anchor line off or my bottom down in just a second or 3 is invaluable!

    I was skeptical at first, because yeah, it’s open. But I watched others using it successfully without the drop failing, then bought one for myself. Having that open slot is a bit of a game changer. You can pass lines through it without having to pull them all the way through. I periodically check the ends, and they’re not bending. Well worth it.
