Position 7 - Vertical Ladder-Tie Suspension

Elements: Block-n-Tackle, Western-Chest-Harness, Single-Column-Tie around ankles to Grapevine around legs to Inline-Single-Column-Tie, anchor/up lines join to Ankle Cuff then up the side of the leg – tying Munter-Hitches at every “rung” – then pass under the chest harness (chest harness is not loaded). Optional: Single-Column-Ties on wrists, “Wings”

Position 8 - Sitting Lotus
