Held the first Saturday of each month at 4 PM at HEAT (address shared upon request), this event combines good eats and knotty conversation in a relaxed, social-light, demo-friendly space.

Think you’ve got a crowd-pleaser? Submit a dish for the Dish of the Munch contest. If your dish wins (crowd-voted), your entry is free and your name gets added to the leaderboard.
All attendees must have completed Base Basics beforehand. It’s free, offered twice monthly, and ensures everyone’s working from a shared foundation of rope, risk, and respect.
