It’s a go-at-your-own-pace class where you never miss a lesson. To get the most out of this class\, you’ll need a partner\, but self-tyers are welcome. \n\n\n\nLoosely based on the concept of Martial Arts progression where you have belts to level up to. In this class\, we use positions. Starting with basic suspensions\, each position gets progressively more challenging while utilizing the building blocks learned in the previous positions. This is to ensure the practice of good technique. \n\n\n\nPrerequisites: Must have passed the partial suspension portion of the From the Ground Up (Tuesday) class.
